Brand and identity to represent the incoming Fandom's interns.
We wanted to excite interns at the start of their internship program with some incredible but limited swag. This swag would play on the idea of the program feeling like an eclectic, established college or university.

Create an identity that reflects an academic side of the internship while also reflecting FANDOM's brand.
REFLECTION / LESSONS LEARNED
Early on in the project, I had concerns about time restraints, budget limitations, and the expected final deliverable(s). Due to these issues I found myself moving more towards what's familiar than striving beyond to be more innovative and furthering the brand. I learned that I shouldn't constraint myself early on in the process and potentially lose out on exploring new ideas.
- Find ways for the crest to be customized to the department
- Find ways for all the brand colors to exist beyond the primary
- Push beyond the traditional and expected crest style
